Sing with ease and confidence!

Coaching a Song - beginner to advanced

We encourage beginners and advanced vocalists every step of the way, and we will hold your hand across the threshold into efficient and clear singing.

If you have always wanted to sing, but didn’t think you could, give yourself the permission to try out your new voice.

You may be surprised by the weird, wacky and wonderful vocal exercises and noises we make, but this fun and silly expression is your first step towards being able to sing. It may also be just what the doctor ordered to break through tension and entrenched vocal habits that may be stopping you from your best expression!

Spoken Vocal Coaching

Whether you have a work presentation, poetry recitation or monologue audition coming up, you can express it with confidence.

We can help you manage nerves to allow efficient, effective breath support and access the resonance and clarity of your true speaking voice so you project your spoken text with power and grace.

Vocal Coaching for Actors

If you are an actor looking to explore different vocal qualities for a new character you are developing for a play, musical, film, television show, commercial or voiceover, come explore with us.

We will help you navigate safe ways to vocalize using extended techniques.

Putting it Together: Acting through Song

If you would like step-by-step support in putting together a song for musical theatre, opera, or music theatre from the perspective of acting the text (in a variety of languages!), expressing it through effective singing technique, and bringing in emotive vocal expression through safe extended techniques, Koko Vocals can guide you!

We even have dance expertise and can coach you in movement expression. We always begin with the body, alignment, and safe and efficient vocal technique, bringing our knowledge of vocal anatomy and physiology.
